CertExams Updates Juniper Network Sim with Several New Commands and Labs

CertExams.com has recently updated Juniper Network Simulator with Designer (Juniper NetSim) to support several new commands. The newly included command hierarchies include the following:
  • Edit NAT hierarchy level
  • Edit firewall hierarchy level and
  • Edit policy-options hierarchy level
Correspondingly, several new labs have been included to provide hands-on practice with the newly introduced commands. The additional labs include the following:
  • IPv6 labs - Condiguring and verifying IPv6 addressing using ping and trace route

Juniper Certification Tracks

Juniper Systems  certification track may be broadly divided into 4 levels. These are Associate, Specialist, Professional, and Expert levels. The technical areas are divided into 3 sections. These are Enterprise - Routing and Switching, Junos Security, and Service Provider - Routing and Switching. The following are the available certification tracks in detail:

JNCIA: Passing JNCIA certification ensures that you have basic knowledge of how subnets work, Juniper routers and switches, and configuring Juniper networks in small network environment. It is entry level certification and required for all other advanced tracks as the foundation exam.

JNCIS: The JNCIS builds on JNCIA, and requires greater understanding of Internet routing and switching technologies. The streams that are available for JNCIS are:
